Meet Iris.
(pronounced Ee-dis)
Iris González is a proven, credible and trusted operations executive who has shaped ChenMed operations through increased scope and responsibility for almost a decade. In her tenure, she has supported the organization in growing by 10x.
In her current and previous roles, Iris is counted on as the organization’s field operations expert leader to drive profitability in distressed portfolios and drive all new center launches.
With over fifteen years of combined industry and consulting experience with a depth of expertise in organizational effectiveness (governance, process design, values, mission to strategic work alignment, prioritization, and facilitation).
Iris focuses her work on creating integrated, scalable systems and increasing equity in STEM and business. She is a published author, was recognized by the Miami Marlins Foundation as a Community Gamechanger, has been honored by the City of Boston as an “outstanding Bostonian",” and is also a Broward County Commission on the Status of Women Women’s History Month Honoree.
Iris has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minor in Africana Studies from Smith College.

Iris González graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minor in African Studies from Smith College, where she was a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, Black Student Association, and Nosotras. She also earned a Liberal Arts commendation and recognition on the Dean’s List.
